As of May 1st 2024, the Government Connected Online Services (old permitting online system) is no longer monitored as we are using a new system.  Please follow the link above.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT FEES UP TO $1,500 IN TOTAL.

Applications can be filled out and printed off from this page (in .pdf format) or picked up at the Planning Department in City Hall. 

New Home Construction permits typically take up to 10 days from the time they are submitted to the time they are issued.  Please plan accordingly.
