Golf / Class 2 ATV/UTV Permit

Motorized golf carts, Class 2 ATV's and UTV's are not allowed on designated roadways, any public right-of-way, or public property without first obtaining a permit from the City. Permits shall be filed annually with the City of New Prague. The applicant must have a valid driver's license and provide evidence of insurance.

Permit Fee: $30.00 - Golf Cart and $40 for Class ATV/UTV (Payable to the City of New Prague)

• Upon approval of your permit, you will receive a Permit Sticker - Please place in a visible location at the front/driver's side of your cart's windshield,.
