Off-Leash Dog Park
The New Prague Off-Leash Dog Park was established in July 2024 and is located at 701 12th Street NE. The park is accessible from 12th Street NE through the same entrance as the City’s Street Department and Wastewater Treatment plant (601 12th St NE). The fenced area includes a section for small dogs (25lbs and under) and large dogs (more than 25lbs). Amenities at the site include a dog waste bag dispenser, water via field hydrant, a garbage can, and a picnic table. To use the site, residents and non-residents must obtain a dog license at City Hall. The dog license application can be found here.
